snow in intake

Hey, I bought an 09 Dragon in March, heard guys complaining of snow in the intake, (was getting in around the headlight). Whats the solution to this? Thanks

Duck tape over the headlight adjuster switch. A few companies make a $25 piece of cloth that goes over it as well. If you remove your windshield or break it, snow can go through those holes as well.

I use clear silicon and run a bead all the way around the headlight, on the out side. Some, remove the headlight and reposition the foam seal, but it appeared to me that would be hard to make a seal. The silicon is quick, and works.

X2, just silicone the exterior side of the headlight, the foam is a joke.

Yea high on my list of things to do is reseal the headlight. I noted when I was changing the headlight bulbs that the foam is nowhere even close to sealing the headlight from the intake plenum. The foam was literally 1/2" to 1" of an inch away from where it should be. It is ridiculous. So I will be attempting a reseal later this week.

fixing all the above helps..but then it will bog in really deep snow...I vented the crap out of my intake..still bogged..installed slp powder valves...its a submarine now..it rips never bogs....:beer;
