when i got extra hands re did test on rolled track again.
gap got larger about 1/16 each driver by the time got 3 drivers 3/16 maybe more.
PS(found spare driver on web from 58cycle parts.#04-108-19)
show they are shipped
will be ordering new 121 track cut down from track usa.today
also having a shaft cut and taped to carry track over front of suspension
Think i will weld new mounting brackets to old cross bars for new rails

I'm from Utah and I'm working on a 121" track conversion also. Just picked up a set of C&A skis and having a set of mounts fabricated for them to adapt to the Scoot. I would like to see your conversion to 121" if you get yours done before I do.

My plan is to use Phazer suspension rails, cross bars, and idler wheels, etc mounted to the stock suspension assembly.

were are you at in utah.
were in west jordan

I live in Stansbury Park. I found a Phazer skid for $20 that I'm using as my Donor for the rails, etc. I'm still a few weeks away from putting it together. I'd like to go a little shorter than 121, so I'm in the process of looking for a 114, or 116" track and I'll just shorten the rails a bit.

good luck.
the trick are the drivers snoscoot is a 7/8 square shaft axel.
stock drivers are 2.00 pitch
Kimpex drivers for that shaft are 2.52 (04-108-19) most yamaha tracks are 2.52 in newer stuff
look at some of the avt or side by side kits.
track needs to be 11.5 to 12 to fit under sled.
any cut down track will need slide rails modified.
we tried with atv track but were off on pitch of drivers.
but still looking for drivers

If you can't find a set of drivers to suit then you could make a set out of poly .... probably easiest to make them like extroverts same as on the old s tyle Tundra's ... looks like nice track for the scoot ... the 121's tend to push a bit more than the shorter tracks ... the 108" one I used was a nice balance but the 121 has more bite.

track pitch

track usa got me some numbers pitch is supose to be 2.594
couch do you know some one to build drivers.
121 track got here today.
so that is the way we are going tonight.
will post pictures

Very similar to what I just did.

I didn't have to pull the engine all the way out.

What suspension are you using? and length?

a set of 121 yamaha rails.
some parts from old phazer suspenion.
you will need some wheelsto carry or lift track over from arm.
i got a set from a 700 yamy cut to 13 3/4 i think will measure to night.
you can see it on front of suspension.

taking motor out just made thing easyer.
wanted to look at clearances also.
makes clean up easy.
first scoot mod.
will look at clutch rollers and shoes also.

I'm following what others have done already with 2.52 Kimpex drivers that fit the Snoscoot shaft. Just have to figure out the track that I want to use now. I bought and mounted C&A skis. Installing new high altitude clutch rollers and belt this week.

121x12x.5 track, off the Indy Lite since that is what I had.

I am also waiting for high elevation clutch weights and then I can start to button it back up.
