Snobunje...who else swears by these things?

Alot easier to grab the snowbunje from under the seat than the shovel from in your pack.I didnt buy one because I have an Apex but for some reason all my friends dont go riding with me without one.

I went down to my local ace and spent 12 bux on 25' of 3/8" bungy cord and made a loop that is doubled over 6-8 times. I wrap it around the bumper w/ a caribener and use tape webbing strap to make an adjustable length.....have not tried it yet, but my buddy is sportin' a lot shorter track and way lots of hp........so I am sure I will soon enough.

Used one for years, double hook version. Cut the sheath off so it wraps up in a neat coil and fits in my BOSS seat pouch, wouldn't leave home without it.:beer;:D

I swear by the snobunje too. One exception is when the rookie you're pulling out thinks he needs to hit the gas and then proceeds to run over the top of you. Yeah, it happened to me and I wasn't happy about it. I even told him not to jam on the gas but he did it anyway.

Damn

Where was this thread last week!? Snobunje would have been at the top of my Christmas list.

I'll be buying one this season.

are hole group has them (5+ bungies). there are amazing one of the gratest thing invented. and 5 bungies can get most stuck sleds out with out digging.

Best $70 I ever spent for the sled, wouldn't go riding without it.I've got the one with the handle, also have the snobunjie tow strap.Money well spent.

I think I need one soon.
Dear Santa. . . oops, Christmas passed already.

Rode with a guy that had one and sold me on it. Bought one and the first ride of the season went with some other friends and wife's needless to say that out of five of them 4 of them now have one. Don't know how it was tied up, but the one with the handle was tied up between two sleds and the handle broke. As much fun as it is to dig out i would rather be riding, and still have enough energy to go out and have a few after riding (not me getting stuck just to nice):beer;

They're great.

Glad they've been out a few years now though, it got kind of annoying when someone had even the most minor stuck and someone just HAD to use the snobunje to show how great it is.

Everyone's just used to them now and it's pretty standard to have and use. (when actually necessary now)

Any problems with the outer sheath off it. Sounds like it would make it easier to carry.

Just make sure the guy pullin' and guy being pulled are on the same page so it doesn't slingshot into the back of something breakable(head).:D:eek:
Of course that's what the covering is about.
Works for me and my buds.:beer;;)
