Well I'm certainly glad now that I didn't go ahead and get my wife a new sled!! When my '22 gets here I won't care, I have hot hands and rarely run warmers on high but my wife is drooling over the infinite adjusters. She agreed to wait a year since her current ride is newer than mine. If she had a '22 coming without smart warmers she would be completely pissed off and 'when mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy'.
I understand supply chain issues and honestly I would rather have the sled without smart warmers than a sled sitting at the dealer waiting on parts.
BUT - Polaris should have been out in front of this and notified every snowcheck customer that the smartwarmers weren't going to be on their sled and why. We shouldn't be finding this out via forums on the internet.
THAT IS THE REAL BOTTOM LINE - NOTHING EXCUSES POLARIS FROM NOTIFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE.
