SLP or Diamond S

looking for suggestions.

Should I go for a full SLP pipe and can or just a Diamond S can.

looking for the best bang for the buck.

I like the substantial weight drop with the diamond s can, but like the performance gains of the slp combo.

SLP looks to be about $120 more before clutching

I will probably go turbo next year, so would be selling which ever i choose

Don't own one but rode one and wish I would get myself to spend the money on an slp pipe and can. Huge power improvement over stock, definitely a no brainer IMO

Wish you could find an affordable SLP pipe. The combo is a great price but I'm not a fan of the SLP can. Guess I guy could buy the $500 set and then sell the brand new can for $200?

Pretty sure you can buy just the pipe. Even says on their website. "Buy the can and you can add the pipe at a later date"or something like that. Oregon Performance on here ( I think that's his SW sig) is where I got mine years ago. Good prices and good to deal with. Also, I've heard you can get them in black ceramic coat.

Black ceramic - yes. Cans now come with a dogger mount if you want, too. Most proven OOTB pipe out there - HP beats the DS weight reduction, IMHO, but don't own one, either.

It rips pretty darn good. Buddy had Slp pipe can combo with the SLP 8000+ head.
Ran exact same clutching (Carls)
My combo ran just as strong or ever so slightly stronger.

What other cans are guys running with the slp pipe? Seems a ton of guys want a little more bark than the slp can offers. Be nice to know if there's another combo out there that works well

I ran the SLP pipe and can combo on the 2016 axys and was VERY impressed with the weight savings and added power. Highly recommend this!
