Thanks Tammy!! There it is folks, video proof. And let's not forget the handicap of my advanced mass in that race. A good 60 lbs disadvantage goes to the Carl's 860. Like I said before, on that short hill we traded paint every time we raced. It all boiled down to hole shot and line just like any race up a goofy hill like that amounts too. But I sure never remember ever getting beat by more than maaaaaaybe a 1/2 sled length in ANY race there. Stick Rob and his girly sized HMK gear on it, NO CONTEST! End of story!!

This is funny, how interesting that all U poo fellers are keying in on the Afton II races, and so conveinetly forget the Afton I races. Good enuf, POO's rule, they kicked butt, they were OMNI ELITE!!!
FFS I already said they did not get beat on the flat races @ Afton II.
As I texted the rude Hobbes this morning, I am not talking about that little piss hill we all beat up, since you all gotta spin it up, let me say this, on one occasion, the angry Bee with only a 670 whooped the mighty Carls cycle 800 & a few other 8's up that off chamber hill, but that was a bullshat pull, all those races up that dink hill were not fair for anyone, but you shat disturbers, just cant give credit where credit is DOO.
I AM NOT TALKING BOUT THAT hill at Afton II I mean the hill races at Afton I where the POO 860 & POO 800 were beat each & every HILL race. But guess those didnt count did they?? BTW, I got video from Wish & Jeeper that shows these very races. How bout posting those Jeeps?
But I bet nun of you jack knobs with equal cc's will race me on my 670 Bee straight up the terraces hill in front of a camera will ya??

i wasn't watching when the races were happening @ A1 and i haven't seen the video footage from it. i wasn;t @ A2. so if anyone wants my expert opinion on the winner it would be ..........slim.
who ever has the dvd's can post the footy after they edit it to fit their needs.

WOW! Boyzzzz!!! Since you all obviously had the "i'm racing and winning" tunnel vision, let someone who was actually watching tell you how it was in the racing of the 860cc engine size snow buggies.
I didn't see ANYONE beat the Carl's 860 in all the races we watched! Period! Sometimes the win was by only 2 sled lengths, sometimes it was by more......but the Carl's 860 was clearly and inarguably the champion on the hill in the 860 cc category!!!

Ridecats 1050 W/C POO triple/KK (thats a mouthfull-LOL) won the semi pro open...with one of those pesky DOO 860's at his snow flap and a Fastlane full mod twin pipe/LW M1000 in between us...In closing...If a big dummy from Minnesoooota's single pipe 860 can "run with" THAT Carls 860 twin piper...I have nothing to be ashamed of...theres always next year...BJ

Slimmy - The Trinities are still good. Last weekend no dirt to ride up the trail yet...... Snow may be a little "firm", but it would be equal footing wherever you go.
Alan would take you on with his 685 - cept it had a little heart attach last weekend and has to have a minor surgery before it can beat you guys! (case/piston/cylinder replacement surgery) Woops -
If you decide to do Trinities, they have a great little hotel there with a restaurant and bar close by where we could go afterwards to lie to each other about what we saw!

I think the ideal race to have now on is everyone goes to the top of the hill, (If u can make it slim) and ghost race them back down. Now that would be a race. In this case there is NO HUMAN ERROR, so non of u can bich when u lose.

Sounds good Kev, I'm tired of argueing with brick walls. It'd be easier to try to nail jello to them. Got video proof and the Doo is STILL faster, I give up. I'll bet I couldn't even get a fair ghost ride race out of them because they'd claim I'm a veteran and have way more practice. Plus the mighty Apex is the heaviest so of COURSE it will fall faster!!! LOL
Slim, Cept the Trinities taint my home court. So per my earlier comments you are the challenger NOT THE CHAMPION OF THE WORLD so we aren't doing any BS meet in the middle common ground but that is a nice try. You want a shot at the TITLE you got to come to my world BEOTCH! Already gave you 2/1 odds...heck maybe little blackie won't fire and you can be champ D RIGHT).

the polaris won... done, end of arguement and i could care less about either one of the two!
and fyi BJ... the longer the hill the more the polaris won by so dont assume the doo reeled in the polaris... it didnt happen, if anything the doo got a better holeshot MOST of the time and then got passed, but it SHOULD, TRA and single pipe SHOULD be faster out of the hole. and with that said, the poo SHOULD pull more on the top as it has twins.
they both run well... if you want a doo, put a shr 860 kit on it, if you want a poo put a carls 860 kit on it... if you want a real sled, put a turbo on it! all the mods ran great that weekend (lots of flavors and representation)... dont remember anyones sled running like crap or someone constantly tinkering, everyones buggies seem to be running spot on. except mine cuz brad storys sled beat me by 40 lengths, there HAS to be something wrong with mine.... right?
everyone should be happy with the 860's... but the poo won consistantly.
would have liked to have been over to duluth to run you guys... work seems to get in the way too much! woulda been interesting to see how my lil turbo stacked up.
