slednecks shop sucks

Have placed a order there two weeks ago and no information yet about shipping.

for me it looks like they collect orders without having products in stock.

also their support line sucks
 
ya, i ordered a snow camo jacket from them, month later i find out that there not getting them. i ordered a klim jacket direct from them. got it next day

Easy. If you think you are the only person who orders from Slednecks in November you are crazy. The office is slammed EVERYDAY! They WILL take care of you.

This is a lame excuse at best. There is a vendor on here that I usually place an order with at least twice a month all season long. I never have issues getting my parts in a timely manner from her. If you are in business to serve customers, you had better damn well do it or you will not be in business long in this day and age.
 
If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. I have ordered tons of stuff from them with different outcomes.

1. If you are trying to send a message through their automated system, forget about that. Been trying for a response all summer and that's not the way to get it.

2. Keep trying the phone lines at different times of the day. If you got a order confirmation number than it should be a breeze when you get through.

I know, I know, not all of us have time to sit there and 'babysit' an order, but I doubt there is anything they are doing to deliberatly avoid sending you your stuff. Give em a chance.

I make 1 call to a vendor if I'm buying something. If they don't answer and I can leave a message I will and I give them a good amount of time to get back to me. How much time is up to you. To me it's 2 weekdays and if I don't hear back I call somebody else. If they are too busy for me when I want to place an order then why would I think they won't be too busy for me if I have a problem down the line? But there are a lot of good vendors on Snowest that will answer when you call or get back to you pretty darn quick. Funny how we never hear about those guys in these type of threads.
 
So, apparently Hemi thinks it's ok for shops to not return phone calls and get orders shipped out promptly.
 
rumor has it that slednecks had issues w/ shipments from china so they canceled a lot of their line for this year.... take it for what it is, but even as a dealer its next to impossible to even get gear this year
 
Hold your horses boys, I understand they're shipping the gak this week, can't wait for the new gear.
 
I had an order in with them this year in october. After 4 weeks I cancelled my order. Their service sucks, if they are having a supply problem they should learn to communicate with their customers. I bought different gear, showed up within a week, no problems.

Slednecks, learn to take care of your customers, because I will NOT buy your product anymore!

did they took the money from your CC?

I placed my order through the closest retailer they listed, a 2hr drive away. The retailer would tell me they would be here soon, they never showed. He told me he was waiting to hear from the rep, on many different occasions, no calls. Such a joke! I used to work counter sales and this service would never happen. I ordered something for a customer, if it was backordered, I got a call from my rep explaining the situation, give me an expected landing date, and would send me the waybill info so I could track once shipped. We didn't even get past the explanation with slednecks.

Infact I think we are all still waiting for an explanation. Hey Slednecks, I always wondered why I didn't see your gear in the BC mtns, now I know, you never delivered the product!
