looks like fun.... teaching jon the back country...lol

Hey, I can't say much about backcountry today, Jon was the only one that had a working beacon! Abby & I had pulled our batteries for the summer, and forgot to put them back in. The guy from MN was the one that remembered???

Dave, did you figure out what was up with your chaincase??

btw, the first pic is that girl realizing that one of the shoes she was holding was not hers, she promptly went running back into the mudpit to try to find her shoe (like it was worth getting back?)

They obviously need to add sledding to the Teva mtn games, the timing is perfect.

cant believe you guys are still takin the sleds out. I was at a-basin for the last day today, and it snowed and inch or two while i was there. Sucks winter is finally over. Gotta love CO for the long winters.

Even though the beacon wouldn't do me any good. It was setup pretty well no wet slides around.Kaleb that kit does come with a garret turbo. Dsmrev is jealous sitting back in mn where the snow was gone beginning of march.

That was another great day.

Thanks for the tips on the double riding.
A certain somebody who was with me today talking about how June is time to do warm summer things had a Tornado within 5 miles of her house this afternoon.
I was able to convince her it was MUCH safer spending time sledding in June than hanging out in the wonderful chitty.:D

Fun fun! Nice riding Sledneck9, you represent the MinneSOOTAns well!

That teva mtn games looks like a good time...

Sorry I missed out on the fun and a chance to ride w/ FCR and sledneck.
I was a little burned out on wrenching when I got home, so I'll probably get it
done on Wednesday. I'll let you know.
Thanks

Tug Hill I havent heard that one in a long while! Great times there back in the day. Nothin like here but some east coast ditch bangin and lake racin was fun! You can retrofit a thundercat motor into a 1974 rupp american lol. Runs even better on juice!

Hmmmm..... A Basin eh?
they still uploading this time of year?
Or can you get a run from the bottom?

Mid June sesh anyone?

A is closed now, but we'll be hitting a mid june sesh in the backyard in a few weeks, hopefully Dave has the chaincase ready to go by then.

Is it LEGAL to access to access the ski area after the season on sleds:confused:.Do you have to enter from public lands/national forest, not the private parking lot?I know people ride Loveland ski area and Copper late season but how legal is it ?

Also a question for next season, what is the legality of riding sleds on Loveland Pass.Never seen a No Snowmobile/Motorized sign, but I've also never seen sleds there.
Pete

Gotta like this idea,
Chaincase is good to go.

sooo....

What was up???

As for resort riding, go park in the lot, they're fine with it.

ok, edit for my sarcastic azz. (after 3 PM's saying "seriously??) the above should read FU** NO they're not OK with it, they'll give you a nice trespassing ticket for your trouble!!

Just ask JP, sometimes it's worth it though!
