Have a sled I need to get taken into a shop somewhere that can fix another shops malfunctions. Need electronics fixed, coolant plumbed, clutch pulled/balanced, and thats about it. Might need engine work, don't know. It was picked up from a shop in Colorado in the condition it sits now.

Might wind up costing more then the sled is worth to fix it though...

Well, ADB, or alaska drag bike will balance your clutch for 75 bucks if you take it off and bring it in. As for the electrical, whats the matter with it, are you adding aftermarket gauges or just redoing your stock and what type sled is it on? For coolant, again we need to know what sled and what kind of coolant issues you have, new coolers, or relocating etc, etc. Fill us in and maybe we can help you out some more. There are alot of sled shops and alot of good wrenches on the forum, my .02

Pretty much what Hiflyer said. Alot of good wrenches around here. Give us some more details. That, and Anchorage and Kenai are a 3 hr drive away from each hour. More like 4 in the summer time. Which city do you prefer?

4 hour drive doesn't mean anything to me, I've driver further for less in the lower 48. Would rather find the "best" shop I can take it to and drive the miles.

Its a 2005 Edge chassis. The specifics are there is basically no electronics in the sled right now. The shop it was at stripped them all out and never went any further with it.

Peninsula Power Sports is a small independant shop halfway between Kenai and Soldotna. The guys there are factory train Polaris guys that used to work at the Poo shop here until they opened their own shop. They do great work at much less $$ than the dealer. I trust them more than I do the dealer here as well. 907-283-5294. Most sled dealers up here are boat/motor dealers as well and refuse to touch a sled until the snow flies. Keep that in mind as well.
