I would offer to one of you trailmasters a whopping $6.32 to show me the way from 4818 over the hill to french cabin. I know it is alot of money, but i think one of you might be worth the money.

Just go past the Boeing camp on the east side of the lake, and take the road up the hill. When your on the top, the road is kinda like a "saddle". Just drop over the edge and you'll hit the French Cabin Creek Road. Ride along the Salmon La Sac Hwy, stop at the Starlight for lunch, take the ridge east a bit, drop down to the east end of Lake Cle Elum, cross between the water and the damn, follow Domerie creek, head over the next ridge toward I-90 and take the powerlines back to the Easton area......
Is the saddle you are talking about where the bike trail starts at the top. Is that the trail?
Probably, I've ridden my dirt bike up from the French Cabin side to that same spot in the "saddle"........
OK i was told the place you say is where to go off is not passiable anymore.
It's not possible until you have a decent base.
Nope! Don't follow k-ridge trail, hang a left at the top and drop straight in. Not sure if you can do it on a bike but you can on a sled.
Finally getting some road riding!
