Need more info... Why did he back out of the deal? I'd be a little pissed off.
id post the name so i dont buy from him (i live close to sk) and then phone the company directly then i dont know.
I believe if you signed a contract they can't just "back out of" the deal.
What excuse did they give you for backing out? I'd expect compensation in a large way!
I'd also remind him that a "Bad Word" gets around very fast

I've heard of alot of customers backing out, but never the dealer. You'd think that he would be the last person that would want to cancel a deal. I mean that is how he makes his living. Why would he want to do that?

same here, never heard of a dealer 'backing out', its impossible... Either he never put in the order for the sled or he decided to sell it to one of his buddies...
First they called an told me my sled was in.....then told me they can`t find the paper work, but managed to call,they kept that handy info.........then told me the deal was now $500.00 more than the first deal.........
He sold me your snowcheck....Would you like to buy your sled ? Only 500.00 mo.

if he has your phone info then he has your original paperwork. does he still have the sled?
i bet someone came in and offered a lot more for it then what the snow check price was and he thought he could swing it this way. if you signed a contract and he doesnt deliver go get a lawyer.

As long as YOU have your copy of the agreement they cannot back out of the deal.
Threaten to call corporate and report him.
Then demand a discount because he's a duche

I have not gotton any paper work on any snowcheck i have done. They did have my visa # on file for the deposit, but never charged it. He also had the order form there for the new sled with my name on it, but not the contract. Figure that one out!!!!!!!
