Good to hear wiz. I just fired up the old D7 today and got her greased up and tightened up. One question for you, is there still good premium fuel in West Laramie that does not contain ethanol like most stations are going to? I've heard to stay away from any of the high octane with ethanol blend.

Good fuel is defiantly a major concern on these sleds ,and no telling what to find at the pumps. I recently got a fuel card from Ellenbecker oil here in Laramie , and there's will be the only pump I use unless I'm out of town .S.L.P. advised me to use octane boost if I was uncertain of the octane . Just my two cents . By the way when is your first trip ? The snow is ok to ride on ,so plan a trip soon and be sure to stop and see the new ProRmk

I'm gonna start using Amsoil Quickshot fuel additive to help combat these fuel concerns. I'll swing by sometime to look, but I'm no Guinea Pig. Let someone else work the kinks out of them for a year or two before I get on one. They sure do sound like a dream ride though... Had a couple of the guys in our group go up and they said the snow was terrible and they had a hard time getting through all the powder, lol. I will make it up here in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

Sleds are down in Albany, but have the same idea as you if it's clear. We could make a roadie to the bear for drinks afterward.
