Get a light for your helmet. Works much better. You actually have light where you are looking, not a headlight aiming in the sky.

What you are saying makes sense in theroy but where we live we always need light forward for peripheral view. I truly think people need both at the end of the day, or night for that matter..

These look great and feel quite a bit lighter. The fitment is great. Way to go Skinz. I can't believe how heavy the gauge is once you have just the gauge in your hand. We will see if the sled feels $800 lighter this weekend because my wallet definitely is!

$800 for the Matryx helium hood?!?! Ooooouch!! The sled does look way better with the helium, not near as cone heads. If you've never had a helium hood before, they are the bomb. Love the one on my axys and the storage pockets are almost worth the 1/2 ounce of gold you have to drop to get one.

The pockets get a ton of heat. More so than any other Skinz hood I've had. Beanie feels like it's fresh out the dryer every time I stopped and put it on. Definitely worth having the extra, warm storage.
