Single sled loader

Thanks for your interest in our products. There is a peice of angle aluminum that bumps up against your tailgate which holds it in place. Once you load your sled and rotate it on the rollers the angle clears the gate and allows you to easily roll it into the truck.

Hey guys, just got back from Whistler/Pemberton Ice cap. I was surprised to see how many guys are still loading thier sleds in the back of there truck. Some use homemade ramps, some store bought ramps, some snow banks and others grab three guys and hoist it into the truck.

My Fiance and I had our sleds loaded on the truck and clamped down, while everyone was still lining up for the snow bank or looking for some poor unsuspecting chap to help them hoist thier machines into the truck.

Of course my first suggestion is to get a sled deck as that is the ultimate sled mover, however I understand some people can't or don't want to spend the money on one. So that's when I suggest one of our single loading units, there is no reason to be fighting to get your machine back in your truck after a great day of riding, with our single loader it is a 30sec process and your sled is in the truck and your back doesn't hurt.

Thanks

Jeff

From these pictures I am not really grasping how a sled drives up that single loader that doesnt attach to the bed. I see that you can obviously adjust the bars, but what keep your ski from falling off that small rail when driving up or sticking a ski through the opening. Like I said I am not really grasping this concept as their is no ramp "style" guide for driving up. Please clarify. I am assuming once a guy gets the spacing for his/her particular sled, you could weld some cross members in their and put superglides on them correct? I see the ski stops at the top, but once again they are only attached to what appears to be a 2" x 2" piece of aluminum. Does that outside rail go inside or outside of the carbide/ski? Thanks in advance. Also what is the price of these things, both attached and not attached?

Thanks for your interest in our single loaders.

You are right when you say you are only seeing the 2" x 2" bar to ride up. You adjust the 2" bars so that they are tight against your carbides, you can either have the bars on the outside or the inside of your carbides so long as they are tight against your carbides. Once you have this set correctly your ski's have no choice but to follow up the bars as the carbides are "locked" in place from side to side like a train track. I have pm'd you the pricing on the units. Please do not hesitate with any further questions.

Thanks
