its now snow checkedIt is a special process of having a snow gauge mounted on the sled. To relay the snow conditions back to the dealer. At least, thats what I've been told...

put down $500 or something like that on any 2009 model (or whatever year is coming up) between certian dates, and you'll be one of the first people to get your sled (in early fall) before the general public. Sometimes, the sled companies offer special deals like a Boss seat or special shocks that would only be offered for snow-checked sleds.
