Simple Question about Clutch Cams

I am putting different cams in my clutch and was reading in my manual that upon reassembly I would need to use green loctite 620 on the set screws that hold the cams to the bolt.
I have bought some just in case.
Now the question: I bought the cams from Arctic Cat and it came with set screws that look to be coated with red loctite, is that all I need to reassemble, or should put I put the green 620 loctitie on?
