Silber turbo questions

I just picked a used 2012 pro with a silber turbo on it and I was curious about the dobek box. I have read lots of threads and a lot of people say the box is good and other say it is junk. This is what I am thinking I can buy the 2013 update kit for the silber or I can put the boost it box on from Neil or sell the turbo and buy a new one. I was a cat guy and just switched to the pro and haven't even ridden it yet as I just had surgery on my hand and cannot ride for 6 weeks and have a trip to the mountains in 6 weeks and don't want to drive all that way to have a sled that doesn't run. Are the2013 kits that much better than the 2012's and does neils's boost it box that much better.

They can probably answer all your questions, pm and let me know what you find out if you would, I am looking for a used kit for my 2012 Pro, I dont know anything about any of them, but since Boston is on here and I have heard lots of good things about the Silber, thats what I would like to try.

I have a '12 Silber kit and there is nothing wrong with it at all. As with anything else, problems are usually operator error. I have about 650 miles on this kit.

If you are concerned with the fuel controller, pack that thing up with the solenoid and ship it back to dobeck for testing. If you already have some snow, I would at least ride it first.

And if I remember right, Chris at Dobeck mentioned an updated map that Justin has (??) that he will download (??) when the controller's are sent back.
