I am curious as to the details of this....do I read it correctly that only handicap would be allowed motorized access?? I am always leary of the details....it also states "will promote greater biodiversity by allowing active management under the strictest regulations in the world ". I would be cusious as to what these regulations are. ?????

This is an organization that slednecks works closely with in order to keep our right to ride. Works for me.
