Spring conditions

Heading out next week. I know it has been warm, but plans have been made and schedules set .... so we are coming out to ride. Are we going to find some decent "spring conditions" riding? Thanks

You will have to work hard for untouched areas but there are a few. Don't bother getting out early the snow is best from 1pm to 5 pm. It is like riding in a snocone right now.

Is there fuel in Riverside/Encampment?
By the looks of it, I won't be using much..

Leaving 4+ feet of fresh here in CA for Encampment tomorrow.

Just got back today from there. There is a gas station on the corner of Riverside/Encampment. Hate to be bring bad news, but the snow along the sides of the parking lot is pretty much gone. By the end of our trip, yesterday, we were riding the ditch in a couple areas since the trail was bare.

To find snow, you have to go to the trees. Here is a pic of some snow we found.
