I have SEEN the dyno sheets, he does not need to post them, he shows his customers them. Get it!

As stated multiple times in this thread, posting dyno #'s just does not happen that often, too many bench racers out there that way more than these guys that DOO this for a living.

All you have done with this thread is give both guys more attention and advertising, which is fine by me, this is their job and how they put food on the table.

You just have not SEEN them, maybe cause he does not feel the need to show YOU them, doesn't mean they do not exsist.

Maybe if YOU got a kit from him and showed some respect things would go a little better for you.

FYI BB kits have been around a long long time and almost everyone who has been around BB kits will tell that a 60 cc over bore is hardly worth it.

By the way do and of these motor have any pro riders yet hillcross, snowcross, hillclimb, freestyle ? How about any event wins ? Last i heard ZERO.

so porting is warranty friendly??

BTW- Ralphy cleaned up in the local Star valley drags ...must be a diff motor..

i have spent the morning reading this thread... i dont care about the number shr 860 , i have one... now it runs strong but everyone thinks bj stands behind his work and does everything he can to help you... well not in my case my bb chit it self after 600 miles and it was like 14 months after i bought it and well i sent it back to BJ and asked for a quote and to tell me what went wrong... well no quote and no explaination what went wrong. just a bill... i do not think he stands behind his work ... i could have had it fixed here for cheaper and in less time 3 months to fix not very impressed ... i will never buy another bb kit from BJ .... thanks BJ

You know these kits are not made by God himself. Your engine is just like anyone else's, it has lots of small, moving parts and for whatever reason parts can fail. You should try buying a $200,000 piece of equipment, then watch the rod come through the block of the engine. I have seen it happen. These snowmobiles are nothing more than toys and once you start modifying them, your first reaction when something goes wrong should not be to come on here and complain about. You pay to play and nobody ever said a education was cheap.

Heres something to ponder.....

1. When i keep the motor stock and under warranty and the motor breaks the factory will fix it for free

2. When i modify the motor and the motor breaks the factory warranty becomes void.

TurboJaimie I just don't get it did BJ personally wrong you why pick on him,there's lots of big bore builders out there why BJ? is it the fact that he has probably the best reputation on these forums that ticks you off? like i said before, I don't know him but I have read many of his useful posts and he seems like a helpful nice guy no arrogant tone at all .please tell us what he has done to you so we can all understand where all this comes from.I'm starting to think mabey someone with one of his big bores beats you all the time.hmm mabey I should consider buy one if the the guy beat you that badly they must be really good.I understand when someone comes on here and tells there tale of woe,but come on your just whineing for no reason.

I don't agree with anyone saying the BB is the reason for making power. I beleive guys like APP whom claim 167 hp thats realistic. I have stayed quiet on RKT because he posted what was asked and has been helpful. BJ maybe helpful but IMO doesn't tell the whole story. Never seen a BB yet in this area that runs or can be held on. There are a few that are ok for short bursts race em 2000' and the start to knock.
