Should I de-decal?????

i say keep it plain for a year (max) then put some new decals on because plain black is overused and after a while you'll look like an emo out sledding and nobody wants that
 
yes...yes..yes 1000 times yes remove the decals

a little heat will get most decals moving and then a little WD-40 will melt away any leftover adhesive residue


truthrider- I have used the krylon plastics spray paint on my daughters old sled and it worked surprisingly well! After it was fully cured it bonded to the plastic and is almost impossible to scratch off.

here is a pic of mine after i removed the decals, put on a black bellypan and got some flat black flame decals made up to match.
the stock gray proxr decals were butt-ugly

The cleaner the better. Not so sure about my 09 being white. Looks cool as he11 but white hood white snow. Not sure yet.
 
Do they work well? I have a box full of his vents in my garage waiting for my snowcheck.
I put the side vents on my wifes D7 last year with no squables. She likey.


Yes' they worked well... Allot of spring riding and some 70degree weather.. Rmps hung in there at 8300
