should i bore out my cyl? and what to do after

burnt my piston and put a little nick in the cylender. i cant decide if i am going to replace the cylender or bore it out. if i do i dont no much about thease newer sled do i have to do something to my ecu or pcm what ever them are.

also on a second note the sled came with a jaws pipe, was there something that was suposed to be done to one of them ecu things and how do i no?

Just replace cylinder. None of the aftermarket pistons are as reliable as stock 06 900 pistons.

So I should run 2006 pistons in my 05?

Yes 06 pistons will work fine in your 05. they are designed a little different to cure the weak skirt issue the 05 pistons have.

Cylinder is nikasil... you don't just over bore them. And unless you can find a good used one the new ones are PRICEY. So just send it to either Millenium or Langcourt and have it re-niked and you are good to go.
