Short video by Polaris from 2013 Launch Day!

I had my chance....but I couldn't get down there. You guys had better powder than I did the next day up at Seeley.

When is someone going to ride one so we'll know how they perform?

CoyoteGirl did ride one and wrote a great review in this section earlier this month.

Awesome vid! It's nice to be able to put faces to all the names on here!

Hey guys,
Would someone just give me the money to buy one of those thing already, come on whats the hold up. Wonder if I can still sell my body? or maybe i could talk my wi--- never mind she wouldn't go for it, Damn. I will think of something.

Yeah I don't know......

I was considering buying one next year but I just can't support a company that doesn't take the time to put dramatic music in their promo vids.

I mean it was dramatic........snowest internet usernames displayed over some intense violins....... Just could have used a little more sumptin sumptin. Maybe some oboes, or a few kettle drums in there. THEN I'd be buying one. I just feel like they didn't really put in the effort where it matters.

So they said be honest with feedback...but there were no negatives in the video...so were there any that were brought up riding that day?
That's because these goobers were just so happy to get some face time in a video that you weren't going to get anything but drool. Put some riders on these sleds that will actually ride them not carve some turns in a flat meadow. I saw nothing my 12 yr old nieces can't do...

Lol, we did some drops on crappy snow. And I jumped one up into a tree. Lol

Does that count?

I just realized that WAS and IS you-Coyotegirl. That is super cool. So did you snocheck a '13?

I've got quite the delima going on... I love my 2012 but if they come out in a green one, done deal...

So they said be honest with feedback...but there were no negatives in the video...so were there any that were brought up riding that day?

Really, for me.. for a stock sled this was all I'd say is realistic to change. Obviously there's many things that is an individual preference like handlebars, track, etc etc... so depending on your perspective, this could be perfect out of the box or might not.

Things I would still like to see changed -

Give me a tether. Please.

While these sleds are easy to start, I'm still not understanding why they will not start until you've pulled the cord all the way out. I do have a long wingspan, thank goodness, but when I'm getting tired... it gets frustrating to have to do this. But then at 417#s, I'm thinking electric start is in order! hehe

How about a shorter mountain bar? I've taken mine off completely as I don't want or need to use it. Many like it, but dang it sticks up there and is painful when it meets your guts or chest!

Still the same old funny dude... starting to read some jealousy into your comments though... careful, jealousy isn't as funny! :face-icon-small-sho

What's wrong with extreme meadow carving?

Unfortunately, the powerplant engineers weren't present...just the chassis engineers...and we all came away completely impressed with the chassis improvements.

With the Poo...the engine has traditionally been the weak link. They seem to be over that issue...but time will tell as more pro's get high mileage on them.

To me, the only issue for the 2013 is no alternative gearing options for the belt drive...but this is pretty minor, in my opinion.

OK. Try this: Make a vid of real world riders, guys that pay their own way and aren't swayed by free sleds, guys that won't lose their sponshurship or job if they said the sled sucked as$.

EVERY SINGLE one of those riders said close to the same thing back when they were sponsored by other sled makers.

"It's revolutionary" said at least 20 times a year by the same sponsored riders, even when on other sleds

"It will change Mountian riding forever"

bla bla bla. These sleds are so close to even out of the box you cannot honestly make a claim like that.

Also REASON NUMBER ONE AS TO WHY YOU RIDE AND SUPPORT THOSE SLEDS:

THEY FRICKING PAY YOU AND GIVE YOU SEVERAL FREE SLEDS A YEAR!

LOL!
