I was actually wondering about that.
I currently have it set up with the mount just below the quick strap mount on the left side of my helmet.

I was wondering if mounting it on top or just under the visor would be better.

Gives ya 6 hours of high res recording and the unit is totally waterproof.
The resolution takes a hit when I upload it. It is crystal clear on a CD or direct play on my computer at home.
