shop warranty work or am i S.O.L?

Maybe its just the picture but are those bolt holes on the sheave out of round? I cant see how those bolts would back themself's out that quick i am also wondering was the helix totally compressed against the sheave before installing the bolts because it may have hung up on the rollers making the bolts feel tight but helix not seated properly on the sheave, then if the shop just pulled and replaced one at a time they may not notice, just a thought. if a bolt was sticking up on the helix that could be the problem looks to me by the pictures the bolt were loose you may have had to cut the lower bolts down with the slp helix. holes are oval shaped now. sorry about that bad picture quality.
because they are oval shaped now its pretty well junk now isnt it?

Yup i would say it is toast and i would also say the bolts were loose to do that to the holes, also i would say the rollers got caught up on the bolts thats why they felt tight when installing the new helix. If you do it again compress the helix first then install the bolts maybe check lengths without the spring in first, maybe because of the different angle helix you may have had to cut certian bolts down a bit, not to sure? My sleds a 08 and the newer style helix is different but i have had my rollers hang up some how on the helix i had to back my compression tool off and re-tighten it before in order to get the helix tight with the sheave, and i could see it being a real problem if a bolt was in the way.
