Going to Revvy next month and looking for some options to try out! So far this is what I am looking at...

2006 900 RMK 166 - stock with front rad delete, can, and venting
Shimmed primary for 1115 belt .020" clearance
11-68 weights
Almond primary
19/43 gearing (76 pitch chain)
Red/black secondary w/2 Derlin washers
64/42 helix

4000-8000ft riding range

Primary: Black/Gn 120-340 with 10-72 weights
Secondary: 64-38/.25” with Red/Blk 140-240 spring
Gearing: 20-41 …. 2.05:1

900 RMK (866cc) standard setup for most sleds
Primary: Almond 140 – 330 with 10-70 wieghts
Secondary: 66-42/.36 with Red/Blk 140-240 spring
Gearing: 18-40 OR 19-43 …. 2.22:1 thru 2.26:1
Note:On the 166” sleds
Most Run the 19-43 combo

Factory 2007 935
Primary: Black/Green 120 - 340
Secondary: 64-42/.36
Gearing: 20-41 …. 2.05:1

Carls 975 Setup
Primary: Almond 140 – 330 with 11-70 weights

Primary: Blue / Pink (SLP) 140 – 340 with 71gm MTX SLP Weights (no rivets)

Primary: Almond 140 – 330 with 10-62 weights
Secondary: 55-42/.36” with black/purple 160-240 spring
Gearing: 20-41 … 2.05:1

Who's almond primary spring... and how old?

Where are your delrins placed?

Polaris almond primary pretty old but spent most of its days In my tool box.

And Delrins will be placed wherever you recommend! I haven't purchased the helix yet, searching for a good deal at the moment.
