Ok. So my idle setting before i changed anything was .92v
I disconnected the throttle cable and backed off the idle screw. Now were at .74.. Removed the sync spring and now were at .73.......

Is that right? If i install the sync spring again where should i set it? .74???

So after i install it again THEN i set the tps? Which would be wrong as i see it.. right? So could this be my issue?

Am i cornfused here?

When you back off the the synchronization screw, note the voltage. Then reinstall spring and turn syncronization screw til you get the voltage noted above. Now the throttle bodies are syncronized. Set the TPS position to the correct voltage......then adjust your idle set screw to the correct voltage.

So I check the voltage after I remove the spring? What does that accomplish?

When you remove the spring and back the synchronization screw out. It gives you a base line voltage on the PTO side of the throttle bodies. Then, when you reinstall the spring and adjust the syncro screw, you are synchronizing both sides of your throttle bodies to the same baseline voltage.
Now both are set exactly the same so that your TPS can send the correct input in order for your injectors to send the same and correct amount of fuel to each side.
