Service Bulletin?

So I got a call from my dealer saying that there is a Service Bulletin for my 13. They need to check the bolts that hold on the pulleys. If the sled has over 500 miles, they need to check the jackshaft as well and it need to be done ASAP. I asked if I could have it done at any dealer and they said yes. Has anyone else got the call from dealers saying this?

Yes, had mine done yesterday. I think they just put new bolts in that hold the pulleys and torque them to forty five pounds. They said some had come loose and taken out belts and maybe a bearing. I really didn't pay much attention was busy talking to another customer and when we got done, the sleds were back outside ready to go. Wham bam.

I was talking to the dealer and he told me about the service recall. This is Polaris we are talking about and the lo and behold the dealer was waiting for the bolts to come in from Polaris! Weird! I was told not to ride the sled until the recall is done!

Never got contacted by my dealer. Are TSB's something that most of us only find out about on Snowest or do most of your dealers tell you?

Found out about it last Friday Mar. 1st when I was in West Yellowstone dropped it off there on Saturday to get the work done called on Thursday to see if it would be ready for this next weekend and found out my jack shaft is also bad.
