trying to pull my secondary on my 2002 600 mtn cat, I removed the bolt but clutch wont slide off! this is the first cat I have owned , on polaris the secondary will just slide off! they both just have a keyway on the shaft, so what is the diffrence, also what should I look for worn out parts on it when I do get it off? thanks

It is rusted/stuck. It should just slide off and also uses a keyway. Douse it with some WD-40 and try to get it freed up. Once it is off, clean up all the rust and coat the shaft with anti-seize or grease before reinstalling.
I think ? that there is a puller for your situation, but don't remember for sure.
