secondary spring.

Hey guys.

I got a blue/black-123/203 spring in my Secondary on my 2012 switchback assault 144 2" I want to stiffen it up just one step up, would red/black-155/222 be the next step? them are Polaris springs. Guess my question is. do the number get bigger to make it stiffer? or do the numbers get smaller to make it stiffer?
