2008 M1000 Turbo Needs Clutching Help

My 2008 M1000 with a OVS turbo lived most of its life in Idaho and Utah and it was setup appropriately for the elevation. Well now I'm down to 0-5k riding primarily and need to make some clutching changes. I'm not really sure where to start. I've included a picture of the clutches. The secondary (OVS one) looks to have a black with blue marks spring and the primary has what looks to be black with green (teal?).
Do those springs need to change with the elevation change? Or is it mainly the weights? Any idea how much my weights need to change?

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Lee
