I just finished mine on my 98RMK, here's a few pics. Basically I used the stock hose on the clutch side and routed it near the secondary and down to mount running-board style coolers ($60 shipped on ebay). On the exhaust side I needed a 1"-3/4" reducer and some 3/4" hose to make the connection and then I used another section of 3/4" ran through the seat in the back to keep it out of the way as much as possible.
I have more pics - basically I had to zip tie the clutch side out of the way and it runs pretty close to the secondary but it should work fine. The coolers mounted up OK with some banging and I needed to cut a 23x24" patch and rivet that on to cover the old cooler location on the tunnel. Some paint and mounting hardware and that solved the rest of it...
