Triple I slapped you with green. The education system in our province is a cancer. The union BCTF is run by immigrant types who do not want their union to be accountable for anything they do. Do you remember the 1 dad 2 dad red dad blue dad book they were trying to read to little kids? How about them not wanting student to write aptitude tests, because then they would have to apply themselves to teaching instead of enjoying the 80+ days off per year? I know a lot of teachers and they are not too happy with their union these days. Political correctness aside you live in one of the most financially depressed areas of this province and I've been there lots. Not to many gays up there as I remember. We can export some from the west side of vancouver any time you want em. I do not spend much on movies so I can't protest by not going where I already don't go. To answer your earlier insinuation that I have religion, not even close. I have decent human morals and that is of itself all the motivation I need to feel the way I do. My schtick is comedy that may offend but so be offended. I only have 1 feeling left and will not sacrifice it to anyone, it's mine to use when I please. That being said I see why you would not be to popular in your neighborhood. Just My view you are entitled to your own! I was good on this 1 Darrinator. HaHa

Thanks for the slap. Now my story.

My wife (the one that I like so much, the one that keeps me from becoming gay) is a teacher. Now she is one of the good ones. She genuinely cares about her students and how they are taught. We can't walk through a mall without some kid running over to her and gushing about how great her class was or how they want to become teachers. My wife works the entire day, marks assignments every night until bed time, keeps meticulous records of all her kids' marks, stays accountable to every parent (even the 2 moms or 2 dads) and busts her hump for the betterment of the kids she has the privelige of teaching. We have never discussed her take on the aptitude tests although I think her answer will be if they make kids better students then do it. If it's to compare an apple school in British Properties with an orange school in Hixon, the exercise is a waste.

I'm sure that there are gays up here now. We have a University and 4 or 5 Starbucks so the lifestyle is either here or well on it's way. My religious insinuation was not directed at you personally. I'm a catholic and we're told that it's wrong. What I think is more important to me than what some priest tells me to think.

Last point is that I am not too popular with my neighbours because they are all gay (JK). The reason is that with my being so busy coaching hockey, I have had no weekend time to go riding. With the huge avalanche issues, I stayed home most of the winter. I have lit up the triple and screamed around the yard a little. With the pipes, it's painfully loud and they are all not very happy.
