I was going to go with someone else until McCain put Palin on the ticket. Talk about a breath of fresh air! I want to understand how anybody thinks anything is going to be different with 3 Senators who have been in Washington FOREVER on their respective tickets. Hell, Congress has a 17% approval rating. Bush is at 30% which tells me who the American people think is doing a better job. I'm voting to protect my access to public lands!

Who would you trust with helping you making your major purchase ?

This is much bigger than a house purchase, I'm looking for a future VP of the United States.

But for your little story I will play along, I would want someone who would tell me about the house I'm looking at, vast knowledge of what I am looking at, and knows the neighborhood around the house. I would not be interested in a new sales agent that does not know much about her new job, and when asked about the house I would want to buy she better give me more than information of a house she once lived in, and "kinda" about the enegry of that old house.
