i would settle for a 800 that ran like it should and you didn't have to mess with it or get it rebuilt every few weeks.

Ditto. Weight is the least of their problems.

I heard that they were going to be heavier, along with the spare spark plug holder, they are going to have a spot for holding spare pistons. They are also coming with Onstar so you can call the dealer so he can get parts ordered right away.

I'm excited to see all the Polaris owners jump ship to AC and Doo. Next year AC will be battling the EPA problems and the Doo guys will have to deal with FI issues. Then, HOPEFULLY, Polaris will have a DI 800 with the Rush front end. Obviously it's a pipe dream, but it's my pipe dream.

Lol They should come with trail side assistance to tow or helicopter you and your sled out when it fails too. Better yet, every time the Onstar emergency is activated the CEO and president receive an electrical shock and $1000 is automatically transferred from their accounts to yours.

09 Assault with 1300 miles. 900 at the update. None of the problems I keep reading on this thread, knock on wood..
3 guys I ride with have x 144, 154, and 163. My tank feels much lighter and more manuverable than the x. The steering geometry is so much different they just feel like some harley with 6' long forks. I could not own one because of that. Lets just say they were impressed with the poo when they rode it..

This just in, Polaris will not sell 2011 sleds in the hope that they can keep all parts off backorder for the rest of the season and improve customer relations.
