On my trip's return, I visited the Ruby Mountains outside Elko, NV. First visit there in a couple years. It unfortunately has been a low snow year there and today's conditions were lacking. Set-up snow, low coverage, and flat light had me heading back to the truck early. Two days of pow in CO mid week does that to you.
