rpm for 215 reflash?

hey guys,,just wanting to know what i should tune in my rpm at with the 215 flash, intake,pipe,boost tubes,,i got the mds and just dont know wat rpm it should be pulling... also does any one have a good helix working good for them?..and should i get head studs for that set up or no???

[RACINSTATION]

No head studs required for the 215 tune.
Run it at 7800-8000 rpm.
Helix will vary for elevation.
