Just a few pictures of the project....a few goodies and likely more to come. Not a bad sled....for a Polaris :face-icon-small-win

The Alternative Impact arms drop an honest 8 lbs, Dan does NICE work.
WRP seat and Sled Solutions bags, made in USA!
RSI bar riser/bars and Fastrax throttle block.
More goodies on the shelf to be added after we nail some clutching for a stock sled.

Nice, but didn't polaris move all their manufacturing to Mexico?

Regarding the Fastrax throttle block, what did you do about the throttle safety switch?

How do you delete it? I switched blocks on my 11 and it wasn't that easy. Carl's didn't even have any ideas for me. I ended up taking the pin out of the switch and taped it up, and it's under the hood now :face-icon-small-win The previous years had a 1 resistor type which only engaged when the resistance changed in one direction. The new ones have a resistor both ways, meaning it needed the proper resistance at idle as well as open throttle (I assumed by the look of it). It would idle, but when you hit the throttle it would die. It has worked just fine since then, but I'm looking for a more permanent fix if there's one out there.

8 lbs. off just A arms is incredible. I can't believe how light these things are and you can still shed weight fairly easily. Just a few years back you had to spend a pile of money to get to 450 lbs. That's a good looking setup and I bet it runs with the Rooster Built clutching and tweaks.

Now you have to talk nice to Winter Brew....

You bet ! After all the positive reviews I've read on his Doo clutching setups, I'm looking forward to buying a setup for my Pro.

Sent from my iPhone when I should be sledding.
