RMK Assault a-arms on SBA?

I was thinking of changing the a-arms on my Switchback Assault, to get it abit smaller in front.
Is it possible to change to the a-arms from RMK Assault without any major modifications?

No, i got some swb assault a-arms for my rmk assault this winter by a mistake and they didn`t fit. I guess you have to get those Rod ties from rmk assault.

Is there any good webshop who sells a-arms and rod ties?
Was thinking about not buying original, since I'm not gonna have red a-arms anyway.
Could buy 2013 though, but guess they wont be in stock before the season starts?

Okei, thanks! Have been thinking about Z-broz, but they are abit expensive.

Btw, I just checked the specs from polaris.com, and it looks to me that the RMK Assault and Switchback Assault is almost the same?

Switchback Assault
Ski Center Distance (in./cm.) 42.5 / 108

RMK Assault
Ski Center Distance (in./cm.) 41.5 - 42.5 - 43.5 / 105.4 - 108 - 110.5

When I compared my switchback with an RMK last season, Im pretty sure there was a bigger difference :face-icon-small-con

Yea, one of the dealers i got the rmk assault a-arms from thought it should fit. But when i measured the a-arms on the swb i got 53 cm in length and 51 cm on the rmk assault arms. I dismounted the lower a-arms on both sides, mounted the rmk assault a-arm on one side and centered the steering and u could see right away that the a-arm was WAY to short because of the rod tie. Ps, the cm difference isn`t totaly correct because i cant remember exactly what the length was. But it was 3cm ish difference.

if you have a sba and want to put the rmk arms on you will need to also get the rmk spindles. last year on my 12 sba after a few hundred miles i did not like the wide front end so i bought all the rmk stuff along with the tie rods. i kept my sba shocks.

So you are saying you used the SBA shocks on the RMK arms? Or you kept them to reinstall later? I thought the SBA shocks were to long for the shorter RMK arms.

I got a local dealer who can make me a good deal on complete Holz front
suspension. Anyone got experience with this?
