I have an 2010 800 RMK. Set-up includes HPS can and SLP air kit. If running at 7500-7600 RPM it cuts out. Was riding with dealer at time and they flashed it with the lastest revsion. Polaris said this was suppose to help midrange cut outs. It helped a little but it is still very noticable, drops about 100RPM. We then installed softer exhaust valve springs but I do not remember what color. This has all so helped but unit still cuts out, only about 50RPM. Suggestions thought????

if running good fuel plug ethanol wire in mine got allot better

Subpuppy2926, I agree with powerstroke by having the ethanols plugged in and connected will help, you may want to try your stock can to see if that changes things as well? Several guys with after market cans have seen less rpm and less power. Jim at Dyno tech has seen RMK D8's with cans lose 3-6 hp over using the stock can! I know this sounds backwards but it would be worth a try.
Motor is missing/cutting out. When it does this RPM fluctuate by 50 RPM's. Thanks for the suggestion. Will give it a try.
