For all the people that where replieing to this post with similar issues, my question is- What did your dealer have to say about this issue? Would this not be the first course of action to take?

I woundered what happened to that post. People report a problem and the post disappears?

Was thinking of buying a RMK Pro, but not if it has a problem that can't be fixed.

This is BS.. I know there is something going on with my sled but POLARIS just whats to hide it.. I love my PRO but I also want it to run right to. The Powers to be may be able to hide it for the time being, but it will bite them in the end. I have a list of things that are NOT right with my PRO but the more I look into it, the more I'm thinking and finding all my problems stem from one source or thing... The same thing that has Killed POLARIS for the last 6 years there FUEL MAP..... And there motor mounts suck to.. And alot of other little things that are popping up here and there.. JUST Man Up POLARIS!!!!!

Who said anything about Polaris not fixing a problem? If it's Kelsey, well I would think that his sled has a voided warranty already.

Easy boys don't say anything about the pro or it will be deleated, if it was cat or a doo thats fine good luck

The original posters of the last 2 threads you speak of have been deleted by the original posters as is their option to do.

Let's stop throwing different people under the bus here... If you have a specific problem with your sled or some advice to offer then lets keep things going, otherwise lets try to return to a more positive note if we can please:beer;

I have a sled wrap on mine so I'm sure my warranty is VOID... For me I don't care about warranty on little stuff but if it just blows into a million little pieces then ya, I do.. The little stubble all the fing time, the kill switch not shutting off the sled, the sled not iddling or starting, the fact that I have to retorque my drive clutch after every ride, the fact that the motor moves a 1/4 of a inch up and down with little force, the fact that the tach jumps up and down 4000rpm when under WOT and the motor doesn't change a tune one and the mph keep climbing steady. Not that I can't live with some of the things but all of them at ONCE.... The thing the pisses me of the most is the mid range bog or what ever people are calling it now.. I just want to get my pipe and pcv and pray it's all in the fuel mapping.. Well at least the bog. I can get the rest figured out...

PS tps checked out twice good... so go figure...
PS tach is ele so who know. lol
PS kill switch more than likey fcked..
PS I hope its a fuel thing for the bog..
PS Fastrax has a sweet *** motor mount setup..

is ur stumble right out the of hole.. chances are that if it is u need either a stiffer secondary spring or a steeper inital helix angle. the 4 that i kno of had the stumble and this fixed it

I'm running a Tied 73/57.46 with a red/blk spring but I did try a blk/grn witch is 20#'s lighter on the big end to load the drive a touch cuz of over revs.. 10-66 just didn't work like i wanted.. but it's in the mid range i get the bog and the only thing i changed was the sec spring, so im goin back to red/blk for this weekend and see but I really can't see that making it better but if it does i will tell everyone i know that it worked... I'm thinking it has to be a fuel thing...

If you have the opportunity hook a fuel pressure gauge to the shrader port and see if it drops or fluctuates at...... or around the time of your stummble.

Also if you change any part of the intake or engine.......you could effect the fuel map.

Mine did have a bog for a bit..last couple of hours one day and the first few hours of the next but then it disappeared. Runs flawless now. Would like to know what it was tho. My dealer says there has been a couple issues with the kill switch/throttle saftey switch harness that Polaris knows about with some sleds. He thinks we should go ahead and replace mine to try and insure no more potiental problems...thing runs awesome know so it is hard to fix something that is not broke at the time.

If the mounts are bad and the motor is flopping around, you're gonna be chasing your tail with clutching.

I am one of those who had the problem. Not sure if it's fixed yet but it was not fun to ride with the problem. My sled would almost die when the throttle was released. Didn't matter if it was full release or lightly backing off the throttle. It would almost feel like a Jake Brake was applied. Slam me against the bars as if my kid hit the kill switch. Thing is it wouldn't completely die. Weird as hell.

What are dealers saying

What did your dealer have to say about this issue?

Hi Guys, like I asked before if 15-20 people have posted saying they have this bogging issue, what has your dealer said to you specifically?

That was the exact description my dealer said was the kill switch/throttle saftey switch harness problem. He had 1 come in like that last week and Polaris told him to change the harness/switch assembly. The problem went away I was told.

My dealer was thinking my bogging issue was the throttle position switch. Problem is not there now but I think they are going to change it anyway.
