Reason: too much b****in
I'm running a Tied 73/57.46 with a red/blk spring but I did try a blk/grn witch is 20#'s lighter on the big end to load the drive a touch cuz of over revs.. 10-66 just didn't work like i wanted.. but it's in the mid range i get the bog and the only thing i changed was the sec spring, so im goin back to red/blk for this weekend and see but I really can't see that making it better but if it does i will tell everyone i know that it worked... I'm thinking it has to be a fuel thing...
Mine did have a bog for a bit..last couple of hours one day and the first few hours of the next but then it disappeared. Runs flawless now. Would like to know what it was tho. My dealer says there has been a couple issues with the kill switch/throttle saftey switch harness that Polaris knows about with some sleds. He thinks we should go ahead and replace mine to try and insure no more potiental problems...thing runs awesome know so it is hard to fix something that is not broke at the time.
What did your dealer have to say about this issue?
I am one of those who had the problem. Not sure if it's fixed yet since I haven't ridden since it was replaced but it was not fun to ride with the problem. My sled would almost die when the throttle was released. Didn't matter if it was full release or lightly backing off the throttle. It would almost feel like a Jake Brake was applied. Slam me against the bars as if my kid hit the kill switch. Thing is it wouldn't completely die. Weird as hell.
Hi Guys, like I asked before if 15-20 people have posted saying they have this bogging issue, what has your dealer said to you specifically?
