riding this weekend

thanks Ray...you get that sick in your gut feeling for sure.

Luckily she has her own CREW of sisters at her beck and call.

still tho, that's what we need to see....sleds on snow...parked outside the famous Roscoe's .....looks like a good time to me.

How much? Where else can ya buy and ride it?..after having prime rib?

They put $8000 OBO. He has been getting a lot of calls. Ray, are you heade to WC for the weekend. I think I am taking these 2 flatlanders that way tomorrow. I have never been there and may need some direction. Snow up here is pitiful.

i'm home tomorrow with da kiddo, pretty simple and an absolutely beautiful drive. Montrose hwy 50 east to blue mesa lake south on 149 to South fork...4hrs

who ya meeting, i was lookin to come down thurs/fri if anyone want to join......:fish2:

I wondered if hwy 149 was open all winter. I am going to take the 2 Chitown guys. I hesitated doing this as I did not want to intrude with to many guys as it can become a cluster with a ton of guys. I tentatively have a room at the Allington Thurs., Fri, and Sat. Have to decide in the morning if going there of head north to Cooke. These guys are here for a week and a road trip is no problem with them. Cooke is a haul but I gots nothing better to do with no snow on the horizon and not sure if WC is any better than up here. We'll have a good time no matter where, just would like to find them some type of snow to ride. Let me know if you are headed down.

Park at Park Creek/ 8mi west of SF on hwy 160, parking lot is just off hwy across a bridge....that road goes to the main area-notable--cabin--help Dizz/Ryan...
Sled up road 10+ mi good stuff...

From there the snow was great, and anything in the shadows was pretty good....bowls were spectiacular in size going west, beautiful area.

Anyone?

I would head north to Cooke. There has been no fresh at WC for 2 weeks and it was really setup last weekend.

BR, are you heading down tomorrow or sat? I will be heading down on Fri and leaving on sat night.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. Trees can be hard on all sledders...
You didn't use any non-caloric, silicon-based kitchen lubricant on the underside of the sled, did you?
