I have family in selah and was wamting to go up and take them and my kids on a little trail ride over the holiday i am goinfg to have the kids so i would like a place with good trails and scenery and help would be great

Here is a link to the snow parks near you! Not a whole lot of snow anywhere unless you get up higher in elevation but there should be plenty for a trail ride.

Your best bet will be up Ahtanum / Tampico.
Not sure what will happen between now and then but with the snow we're getting right now and cooler temps in the forecast you might be able to ride from the sno park.
We're heading up on Friday and plan on driving up to Tree Phones. I'm hearing it's no problem from there up with the possibility of parking lower.
Take the kids up the road to Clover Flats, it's big meadow at the campground almost to the top. The road peaks at the top of Darland Mnt. darn near 7000'.

The main lot would be no problem at all. But i have no idea of the snow conditions low.
I've pulled good sized open trailers to Tree Phones but I wouldn't try pulling a big enclosed up there unless i knew the conditions. it's quite the elevation climb to get there.

if u cant ride from the snowpark, i wouldnt go past whites ridge with that lashup. Mile marker 3.5 parking on the left.
I tried pulling my 3-place enclosed to Tree Phones last year and I'll just say that I'll NEVER do that again.... White's Ridge at 3.5 mile would be the highest I'd go with an enclosed IF you have good tires!

Thanks for the info i dont want to get up there and have a hard time with the kids i have a 26 ft enclosed with 5 sleds and i pull it with a ford f 150 with a ecoboost it is not the best in ice if you guys go up this weekend let me know how it was thanks for the info.I would also like to know where to get the parking pass and if i have to get out of state stickers
You can ride from whites Ridge. I'm free the entire new years week if anyone wants to go...
The road is very slick with ice. I wouldn't try to pull more than a small trailer up there. Riding out of tree phones is fine. Decent snow from there up.
