Riding in the Snowies this Year

I am looking for a group to hook up with to ride the snowies this year. I usually go with a buddy but not sure how much he will be able to go. I live in Omaha and usually go to Centennial a few times a year.

If anyone wouldn't mind another rider to tag along please let me know.

We should try and get an Omaha ride going sometime out west and have everyone meet up and ride when there is enough snow around Omaha. The last couple of years there has definately been enough to run some mountain sleds and not hurt. Let me know what you guys think....

Right here brother. I am just starting to build my new sled so I don't know when I will be ready to ride, but pm me with your number and I will hit you up when I go. I should have something to ride this year though.

BoostBoner. Are you riding with Tim at christmas again or are you doing that boost ride I saw you were trying to setup? Now that you will have more time during your weekends you will have to come ride with us around Omaha whenever you get a sled. Make sure your old man gets a stock sled so you don't have to fool with it too much and can ride.

Fosho. Will do with my pops. He doesn't need much anyways. I don't like to ride around here. I stick out west. I only ride up at the winter games in Okoboji for riding around here. I don't ride my boosted sleds up there either. I save my good toys for the west where they belong

omaha riders

josh0424, there are tons of riders out of omaha. there is even a local club that some of us belong to. i would say you could find a group out of omaha or central nebraska heading out on any given weekend. keep all of us posted on your upcoming trips and we will do the same, todd

Ya. Tim is thinking about getting a KK. Nice choice. I always did like those sleds. I hope he gets a mod 1000 or 1200. That would be ***gin kool

I think he wants to keep his stock other than a can/pipe. Too much to tinker with in a mod.

A few of us from Lincoln are always game to hook up with new riders as well.

I agree about riding around here too. Much less exciting but the sheer increase in horsepower compared to the mtns keeps it fun and like said before it takes the edge off between trips.
