Revy

That trailer was parked in our lot....became quite the attraction. I kept waiting for a bunch of midgets to jump out. I'm sure I saw the curtains move late one night........

Yeah..... how IS the snow? And what shape is the trail in?
Seems like the locals don't want us there... :D

There hasn`t been any fresh for over a wk. and it has been warm. There is still 11 ft. of snow at the cabin.
Your riding from the parking areas at Boulder and Frisby and both mtns. are being groomed. Herb has been scrounging up snow trying to keep the trails in the lot at Boulder covered for you guys. You will ride some dirt from the booth to the bridge. There isn`t enough snow on Streeter St. (connector trail from Frisby to Boulder) to groom.
Caribou Closure areas are open to ride on Frisby, Sale, Keystone and Caribou Basin Thur. Apr. 16.

just got back. still lots of snow but access is becoming an issue. anything but a deck or 2 place will be out by next weekend i think. it was snowing when we left. it has been raining for a few days but not amounting to much up top. snow went from heavy wet to heavy wet under with a freeze crust on top yesterday

We rode from the parking lot at boulder on sunday but there were a few vehicles that crossed the bridge and parked on the trail.

You can usually park a four place enclosed at the kirkup/ bezanson split. At the gravel pile.

Just got back. Had to leave early to come home.:(
We were the first to the cabin about 16 to 18 inches new, only got part way up trail past cabin and had problems and had to go back down.:(
Some would have had untouched powder all day today.

Does that mean it's open north of Downie creek (Glodstream, French...)?

Yes and you can bet MoE will be patrolling the closure areas by air on the 15th and handing out tkts. to anyone who doesn`t respect the last day of the closures.

Looks like the grooming program on Boulder will be finished for the season. Problems with the machine. The company that operates the gravel pit at 2 km. are looking to get into their pit and will plow the rd. to the 3 km. junction to open the parking area, hopefully before the wknd.
Frisby will be groomed Thur.-Sun. and you are still riding from the parking lot. After the wknd. it`s grooming program will also be finished for the season.

Thanks everyone who made Revelstoke their snowmobile destination this season. Thanks also to our club members for their support and the business`s that continued to be corporate sponsors for our grooming programs. We have a busy summer ahead of us. ;)

Where is a good place to stay? Somewhere close to the Grizz and all the other good stuff. We have always stayed at the Stuper8 but its time for a change.....

Cant go wrong with Revelstoke lodge. Sounds like what you are looking for. Comfortable beds, downtown, outside hot tub.

Is there lots of parking room at the Revelstoke lodge? Never been there. Where is it located?
