Rev Exhaust Bolt Problems

I have an 05' rev that I purchased last year. I rode it like I stole it last year until the infamous crank went out in it. The dealer I took it to repaired the crank and also replaced 5 of the 8 bolts that fasten the Y-Pipe to the motor. He mentioned that he used high-temp loctite and torqued them all down hard. I got out on the sled another half dozen times after the fix and noticed when I was putting it away this summer that I was missing a few of the bolts. I know the dealer replaced them because I visually saw them after the repairs. Has anoyone else had this issue with vibrations from the Rev motor backing bolts out and what did you do to fix it?

I also use Nordlocks I bought them from McMaster-carr pt# 91812A229 I don't use loctite I have two seasons using silver never sieze. Pulling the y-pipe is a breeze.
