i would be interested in hearing some pros and cons on tunnels price, quality, performance and also rear skid and front suspension does any one make a kit that has all three mods thank you,

was just at CR Racing tonight to pick up my new 162 for my Nytro. From what i saw they have it all. will be buying their front a-arms. awsome shop

I have installed the Van Amburg Boondock tunnel and it was a breeze. Very strong, great running boards. If you go this route get the double pass rear cooler and get rid of your radiator to save some weight.

Do you like the full length wide running board?
Personally that's what turns me off of most tunnels and I went with CBS and I'm loving it

I have had a VE and a PA tunnel. Both are nice. PA is way cheaper VE looks better imo. I like both tunnels i prefer the VE but if money is an issue i dont think the PA tunnel can be beat.

Whats a PA tunnel? dont think i have heard of PA

Power addiction

brad wursten outta utah.

All the vanamburg tunnels i have had are sweet but with the narrow/sideless tailsection your back will be wet at the end of the day.

The best tunnel there is, special bends, strong rear section with reinforced drop brackets, s/s brackets for reinforcements, lighter then stock, cooling extrusion on the outer edge to keep running boards free from ice build up, designers of the open slots with traction on the running boards which others have copied over the years. Others are just copying eachother since they seem to know someone with a metalshop but ends up with poor fit and finish and just not knowing how to build a tunnel or chassis kit.

cr tunnel, no question about it. easier to install and a better fit than van amberg. go with cr and you won't be dissapointed.

Your arrogance is astonishing. To the original poster, I put a CR tunnel on and couldn't be happier. Fit and finish is excellent and Chad was the only one out 5 or 6 different shops I called that would actually return a phone call. Ted, I did not call you. I did a few years ago and listened to you trash Brent Linderman for 1/2 an hour. Knew at that point you were nuts.

You never hear anyone that has delt with Brent or with Chad bash the products or the work that they do....but I have read lots of negative about this one....just saying.
