Boondock a little bit ago,
so hopefully that means it's not to serious.

Still waiting on news for Boondock, he was pretty ****ed up for a while. For 5 minutes all he could do was moan, it was pretty scary. He dropped a cornice that had a pretty hard landing, It didn't really look bad from the bottom, but we heard him groaning as soon as he hit. I'm hoping for the best for him, as I know how much having a bad back sucks. We came home, so he had several hours in the truck before getting to the hospital, that was his choice as he works there. I'm really hoping he's not badly hurt, he compressed his spine pretty badly on the landing.

I just heard from his Dad Treeline this instant

Boondock has a fracture of 11 and 12 vertabrae and they are admitting him tonight. Lost maybe a half inch of height with more than 50% compression? 6-8 weeks in a brace and its coming down heavy on him right now.

He is young and will heal up but a reality check for us all. I have the whole thing on video and will post it up if ok with Kurtis. It was a medium drop something we do all the time. The snow was a little windpacked where he landed and he just took a bad hit to the back.


Will throw out an update when I get them....keep him in your thoughts! and don't forget to throw him a little rep

Just got a text from Boondocks dad, he's got a compression fracture T-12. He's being admitted now. Damn!
