So... My buddies and I are working on getting some sleds set up. They recently switched to M's, and now we need to buy all new parts for tuning, which is rediculously expensive, especially when you are trying to make two good setups for two sleds. Between the two of them, they’re going to have 700 to 1000 bucks into clutching.
A lot of this money, as it turns out, is invested into parts that don’t work very well for either sled in either set up. We were talking about how great it would be if we had the ability to rent clutch parts. I think it would be awesome if we were able to rent 3 or 4 sets of weights, 3 or 4 helixes, and springs, try them out for a month, and send whatever doesn’t work back. Even if it cost 5 or 10 bucks per item to rent, it would be better than buying one helix that you won’t use…
Does this sound like a good idea to anyone else?
