So my new 08 Xp has pretty much sucked since day One, been in the shop three times to try to fix a bogging down issue. I have had the DPM changed, the throttle control sensor changed, all the updates done, and to no avail nothing is fixing it. I have now heard that maybe the rave valves are not opening correctly and may be causing this issue. Anybody know anything abut this. Thanks

I would check the rubber bellow in the rave valves for tears.
We have had a couple xp's that were not performing no matter what we changed and they both ended up havng torn bellows if that is the correct word for that rubber part for the rave valves,change out this ws an easy procedure only took a few minutes to take apart and fix.
